VibraLife of Katy, a skilled nursing facility that aims to provide personalized post-acute care services, has recently opened in Katy, Tex, adjacent to Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital.

The 58,000-square-foot facility has 104 beds, including a 70-bed skilled nursing facility, an 18-bed assisted living center and a 16-bed secured memory care unit.

VibraLife has an affiliation agreement with Memorial Hermann as well as with Medistar Corporation, a Houston-based developer and owner of healthcare real estate.

VibraLife’s new model of post-acute care offers a full continuum of treatment options under one roof, including medical and social services, the release continues.
