Casa Colina Hospital and Centers for Healthcare, a rehabilitation hospital located in Pomona, Calif, announces the opening of a new Medical Surgical Wing.

Opened on April 1, the 32,000-square-foot expansion, located adjacent to the existing Acute Rehabilitation Wing on the Casa Colina campus, is designed to accommodate an additional 2,300 patients annually and employ an additional 160 staff members.

Features include three state-of-the-art surgical suites, a six-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU), 25 private medical/surgical beds with patient lift systems and private bathrooms, a procedure room, and much more, explains a media release from Casa Colina.
