Rehab Medical announces it will rebrand Oklahoma-based Family Medical Supply—which it acquired in 2018—as Rehab Medical Supply.
The name change comes in lieu of Rehab Medical’s efforts to highlight its new storefront retail division, which offers medical supplies and equipment directly in-store.
“For more than a decade, Rehab Medical has developed a reputation as one of the nation’s top complex rehab technology companies, but this type of custom equipment isn’t sold same-day within your typical medical store,” says Rehab Medical President Kevin Gearheart, in a media release.
“Our new retail division allows customers to visit our Rehab Medical Supply stores to purchase other quality medical supplies that very day.”
All employees in Family Medical Supply’s Kingston and Oklahoma City stores will remain on staff through the transition. The product offerings and resources available will also increase to better serve customers’ unique needs, per the release.
