The Hartford announces the launch of “I Will,” an ad campaign to support the US Paralympic athletes who will be participating at the upcoming Paralympic Winter Games PyeongChang 2018.

As part of the campaign, aimed at celebrating the “Will to Prevail,” The Hartford also announces the five Team Hartford athlete ambassadors who are training to compete at the Paralympic Winter Games.

These athletes are: Keith Gabel (Para Snowboarding), Andrew Kurka (Paralympic Alpine Skiing), Oksana Masters (US Para Nordic Skiing and Biathlon), Mike Shea (Para Snowboarding), and Evan Strong (Para Snowboarding).

“The ‘will to prevail’ is a powerful message—one that we all connect to. It is what drives us to be ready to help our more than 20 million customers overcome challenges every day,” says Kathy Bromage, chief marketing and communications officer for The Hartford, in a media release from The Hartford.

“We are honored to have five athletes join Team Hartford to help highlight the importance of pushing forward in the face of adversity and help to encourage everyone to find their own will to prevail.”

The Team Hartford US Paralympic athletes will be prominently showcased in the “I Will” campaign through a number of inspiring messages and stories that show their personal journeys.

Through the ad campaign, The Hartford will urge people to celebrate the idea that it’s possible to see challenges as opportunities to succeed, per the release.
