National Seating & Mobility (NSM), a provider of complex rehabilitation, mobility and accessibility solutions, announces the acquisition of PG Surg Med, a regional mobility provider with locations in Prince George, Kelowna, Kamloops and Vernon, in British Columbia, Canada.

The acquisition positions NSM as the reportedly the largest provider of mobility solutions in British Columbia. It also represents NSM’s first entry into the Northern Region of the province, according to a media release.

“We are proud to serve as a trusted source for mobility and accessibility solutions, as well as service and repair, throughout the province of British Columbia,” Bill Mixon, NSM CEO, says in the release.

PG Surg Med is owned and operated by brother and sister Russell and Sandy Pratt, both of whom will remain in leadership roles with NSM following the acquisition.
