As part of the acquisition of Phillips Lift Systems Inc, EZ-ACCESS adds a line of power toilet seat lifts to its product offerings.
Phillips Lift Systems, headquartered in Pickens, SC, had been manufacturing toilet seat lifts for more than 20 years.
Post-acquisition, the toilet seat lifts will now be manufactured at EZ-ACCESS’ facilities in Algona, Wash, and Morgantown, Ky. They will also be rebranded and sold under the EZ-ACCESS name of TILT, according to a media release from EZ-ACCESS.
“With the acquisition of Phillips Lift Systems Inc, EZ-ACCESS now offers the [top] selling, US-made toilet lift product,” says Don Everard, EZ-ACCESS CEO, in the release.
“Designed to assist an individual in sitting, standing, and stability while toileting, the product offers the ability to return to independence in the bathroom,” he adds.
