Physiotherapy Associates, a leader in outpatient rehabilitation services, has announced the appointment of  Curt M. Selquist to its board of directors. Selquist, 62, is a former company group chairman with Johnson & Johnson and during his 36-year career with the company led a number of Johnson & Johnson’s domestic and international healthcare businesses.

In 2000 Selquist helped establish the industry’s first global, online exchange for purchasing decisions, according to a Physiotherapy Associates statement. The statement reported that Selquist is an active leader with several healthcare organizations that include the National  Alliance for Health Information Technology and the National Quality Forum.
