Sante Partners, Phoenix, will soon break ground on their second and third post-hospital-stay rehabilitation centers: Sante of Surprise and Sante of Chandler, Ariz.
The facilities will provide physical, occupational, and speech rehabilitation services for patients/guests in the communities of Surprise, Sun City, and Chandler.
According to the company’s Web site, its approach is to build centers that are noninstitutional in design and have an extended-stay hospitality delivery model with a strong clinical health/wellness culture and interior design motif.
Sante Surprise TRC (transitional rehabilitation center) offers 70 all-private patient suites focused around a rehabilitation therapy gym and amenities that resemble an extended-stay hotel. Sante Chandler TRC is also a 70, all-private suite facility that will be offering the same patient-centered rehabilitation amenities offered in a hospitality setting as the company’s Surprise and Mesa facilities.
The company focuses on inpatient post-acute health care.
