The wheelchair transport vehicle company (formerly) known as TransitWorks is now legally known as Driverge Vehicle Innovations, according to a media release.

Driverge turns full-size vans and minivans into commercial wheelchair transportation, accessible taxis, people transporters, shuttles, work crew vans, and more. It’s production sites are located in Ohio, Kansas, and South Carolina.

The company’s new brand reflects expanding capabilities and provides a broader platform for growth, driving product innovation and manufacturing quality for its customers and partners, per the release.

“Our transition to Driverge reflects the ongoing growth and development of our business, our team and, most importantly, our customers,” says Mark Minatel, president, Driverge. “As we grow with our customers, the name Driverge provides us opportunities in new market channels to innovate and utilize our ever-growing strengths as a partner.”
