To better serve its customers and improve its business processes when replacement parts for Convaid products are ordered, the company has created new parts lists that feature order numbers for replacement part kits.
This launch includes new parts lists for the following products:
Where to Find Them
- Online by visiting www.convaid.com
- Select the “Resources” drop-down menu, choose “Parts and User Guides,” then click on the “Parts List” button underneath the appropriate Convaid chair picture
How to Use the Parts Lists
- Filter parts list by size: Filter the table by chair size to narrow down the part order numbers
- Exploded view drawings: Use the drawing with bubble call outs to identify the needed replacement part on your chair
- Drawing item number: Match the number on the bubble call out with the “Drawing Item No.” on the table to identify the part on your chair
- Part Number: Use the “Part number (Part No.)” in the column next to the “Drawing Item No.” to order the appropriate replacement parts
How to Process Your Parts Order
- Orders: Once the order part number is found, email or call Convaid Customer Service to place your replacement part order
- Note: Only order a replacement and spare parts by using the Part Numbers off of the Convaid parts lists online
