The recently updated website www.blvd.com features enhanced technology and a user-friendly interface to help enable visitors to access mobility products and services.
The free website was created to provide a way for businesses and suppliers to advertise their mobility-related products and services, and for visitors to search the site to compare these products and services, and to contact the businesses directly to find what they need.
A site membership option gives businesses a way to provide real-time company information, inventory, and promotional opportunities to visitors.
The site’s “Vans for Sale” page is its biggest area of growth, according to a media release. The page allows visitors to browse a virtual online showroom, conduct a search, and compare listings for wheelchair-accessible vans available for sale in their area.
“I recently traveled to Florida from Minnesota and tried to research accessible vehicle rentals. I had such a difficult time finding any helpful information in one spot, and there is a drastic need for a resource like BLVD.com in the mobility community,” states Ken Klein, president and national director of Paralyzed Veterans of America, in the release.
