Rehab Medical Inc has appointed Julie Klarich, EdD, as director of employee development and engagement to enhance its employee development initiatives, it announces.
Klarich will help lead the enrichment initiatives including the Your Better Self initiative, which was launched in 2020.

For more than a decade Klarich has provided professional development, organizational leadership, and relationship management consultations through intrinsic motivations, organizational analyses and remediations, professional coaching, and strategic planning. Calling upon her unique skill sets acquired while working as an associate training consultant at Eli Lilly and her most recent role as director of affiliate relations at Indiana Farm Bureau Insurance, Klarich intends to bridge her healthcare knowledge and professional development training to create a rich employee experience, rehab Medical Inc explains in a media release.
