The National Stroke Associations 2006 Regional Nurses and Stroke Team MeetingsContinuity of Care: Closing the Gapswill be held in four locations nationwide.
Building on the success of the 2005 Regional Meeting, National Stroke Association will once again partner with the Western States Stroke Consortium and the Stroke Belt Consortium, as well as the newly formed NorthEast Cerebrovascular Consortium and Great Lakes Regional Stroke Network. Registration is available online at www.stroke.org.
Continuing Medical Education (CME) credits for physicians as well as accreditation for allied health professionals are also available during these meetings. Features of the upcoming meetings include: didactic plenary sessions; in depth workshops; a technical exhibit hall; and networking opportunities. In addition, breakfast and lunch will be provided for the attendees.
The Southwest Region meeting will be held September 7-10, 2006, at the JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort and Spat at Summerlin, Las Vegas.
The Northeast Region meeting will be held September 12-13, 2006, at the Omni Parker Hotel, Boston.
The Southeast Region meeting will be held October 24-26, 2006, at the Marriott Orlando Airport Hotel, Orlando, Fla.
The Midwest Region meeting will be held December 5-7, 2006, at the Renaissance Chicago Hotel, Chicago.
