OPTP, Minneapolis, introduces the PRO Soft Release Ball, a massage ball created with the same soft density EVA foam used in its PRO-ROLLER Soft foam roller.
The 5-inch-diameter ball is built to enable soft, comfortable compression for gentle rolling and stretching for those with sore muscles, sensitive areas, or who simply prefer a less intense massage.
It can be used on big muscle groups such as the back, quads, and hamstrings, as well as the glutes, IT bands, calves, arms, the neck, and other areas much easier to target than with a traditional foam roller.
In addition, the PRO Soft Release Ball is designed to withstand heavy, repeated use in the gym, clinic, or at home, and it can be easily cleaned with a wet cloth and mild detergent.
