United Seating & Mobility (USM), Florissant, Mo, a mobility and rehab equipment provider, has finalized a transaction with RehabTECH Inc to acquire three branch locations.
The transaction applies to Fridley, Minn, serving the greater Minneapolis Area, Oak Creek, Wis, serving the greater Milwaukee area, and Appleton, Wis. RehabTECH will continue to operate its Illinois and Indiana locations.
"The addition of RehabTECH’s capable associates and strategic locations will advance our key initiative to sustainable growth as a leading provider," said Bob Gouy, president and CEO of USM, in a statement. "Any agreement that helps to strengthen our company, as well as the affiliate companies’ position, creates a more stable market and allows us to continue to find ways to deliver quality services and products in this challenging reimbursement environment."
