BMS Practice Solutions, headquartered in Upland, Calif, announces that it has opened a Bellevue, Wash-based Northwest Regional Service Center. The new service hub is intended to accommodate clients based in Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and Utah.
BMS notes that the service hub will offer comprehensive billing, collections, accounts receivable management, and support services in an effort to assist practices in improving financial performance and operating efficiencies. John Wallace, PT, MS, OCS, CEO, BMS Practice Solutions, emphasizes that, “We have been regionalizing our service model across the country since 2006. The opening of the Northwest Regional Service Center further demonstrates our commitment to servicing our clients’ needs regionally,” Wallace says.
A company news release reports that the Northwest Regional Service Center will join an additional network of BMS regional service centers, with locations in the Northeast; Saco, Me, the Midwest; Oakdale, Minn, the Mid-Atlantic; Newport News, Va, the Southeast; Atlanta, and BMS’ corporate office headquartered in Upland.
