Otto Bock HealthCare sales rep. John Crane was recently reelected to the Board of the California Orthotics & Prosthetics Association (COPA).  Crane will serve a second 2-year term as the group’s secretary-treasurer.

“We have made great strides as a board these past two years,” says Crane.  “I am honored to be able to be a part of keeping the momentum.”

COPA is dedicated to improving the business climate in California for orthotic and prosthetic companies by striving for fair reimbursement from private and public payors, ensuring competent and ethical treatment of patients, educating the public, and emphasizing a high degree of professionalism and fostering fair and open competition.

“John’s enthusiasm and passion for the orthotics and prosthetics industry is evident to those who work with him," said Brad Ruhl, President and CEO of Otto Bock.

“John brings a wealth of industry knowledge from both a clinical and a business aspect," said Bryce Docherty, COPA executive director, lobbyist. "He’s had a long standing relationship with COPA, and the membership looks to him as a resource for a broad range of issues.”
