Invacare Corporation subsidiary Motion Concepts debuts the Modular Power Standing System, designed to combine the ability for users to stand with a full range of power positioning options.
Now available exclusively for the ROVI A3 Power Wheelchair, the Modular Power Standing System also features up to 45 degrees of CG tilt, 178 degrees of recline along with Extended Shear Reduction, several options for seat elevation, and adjustable seat widths and depths, as well as a forward-locking suspension system.
When the standing function is engaged, users are offered additional stability and safety by locking the front suspension. The ROVI A3 Power Wheelchair base’s patented Active Ride Control Suspension System is fully functional when the standing function is not engaged for maximum performance and climbing ability, Invacare notes in a media release.
