Convaid | R82 introduces the Convaid Flyer, new to its portfolio of tilt-in-space pediatric wheelchairs.
The lightweight Convaid Flyer is engineered to be modular and portable, and to accommodate aftermarket seating. It is highly customizable with many options and accessories available for comfort, support, and positioning. In addition, it complies with WC19 standards for safe transportation.
Removing the seating module from the mobility base enables easy lifting, transport, and storage. Making simple adjustments to increase width, depth, and height enables the Convaid Flyer to adapt to the child as he or she grows.
Among its benefits are: the ability to reach 45 degrees of tilt and 170 degrees of incline, youth-oriented aesthetics and modular/portable design, lightweight and easy to transport, aluminum back and seat pan, up to 170-pound weight capacity, 90-degree removable front riggings, an elevating foot rest, and either a single foot plate or individual foot plates.
