Activeaid Inc, Redwood Falls, Minn, recently introduced the next additions to its Evolution Series Rehab Shower/Commode Chairs. The company notes that it has enhanced the modular design of the Models 1124 (pictured right) and 1105 (pictured below, left). The models offer users a variety of options including a Comfortuff contoured seat, multiple choices of Ensolite seating including 4-way 2-inch Waterfall, and several 24-inch wheel and rim options.
Additional options include flip back or adjustable height arms, 350-pound seating capacity, pan rails and pan, Ensolite supported back or adjustable tension sling back upholstery, and swing away footrest options—removable or captive.
Activeaid states that the models are engineered to accommodate facility use and can also be used to address the evolving needs of the patient once they return home.
