Healthcare product manufacturer GF Health Products Inc (aka Graham-Field) announces the planned acquisition of medical and laboratory furniture manufacturer Intensa Inc.

This transaction will expand our existing product line and customer base; is well-aligned with our growth strategies; and supports our objective to be a preferred global provider of healthcare equipment,” says Ken Spett, president and CEO of Atlanta-based Graham-Field, in a media release.

We will utilize the combined engineering and manufacturing resources to better serve our existing customer base and to develop new product offerings,” shares Marty Cagle, president of High Point, NC-headquartered Intensa.
