Mirion Technologies Inc, San Ramon, Calif, announces it has acquired Biodex Medical Systems Inc, effective September 1, 2020. Biodex, headquartered in Shirley, NY, provides rehabilitation systems, among other medical equipment offerings.
Biodex’s product portfolio complements Mirion’s existing portfolio and will allow Mirion to extend its footprint in the medical field, according to Mirion in a media release.
