Pride Mobility Products Corp, Exeter, Pa, is rebranding Pride® Lifts and Ramps, formerly known as Pride Silver Star® Lifts and Ramps.
The change was made to fully reflect and encompass the quality, innovation, and value delivered by all Pride brands, the company says, adding that since Pride acquired Silver Star in 2005, the complete product line has been rigorously tested, improved, and redesigned to adhere to Pride’s high quality standards.
Product innovations include the Outlander Exterior Lift, Backpacker AVP, and new modular rubber threshold ramps.
“Providers and consumers trust the Pride name. Bringing vehicle lifts and ramps under that umbrella was the next natural progression in the brand’s advancement,” said Kirsten DeLay, executive vice president, sales management and operational planning. “We have every determination of being a mainstay in the lift business and are excited to continue developing innovative transport solutions. We look forward to expanding our work with great organizations like NMEDA and further helping our providers with their retail needs to meet the demands and requirements of consumers.”
The company’s lifts and ramps help providers complete the mobility solution by facilitating one-stop shopping for consumers.
Through such resources as the Professional Education Partnership, providers are given the opportunity to obtain training and certification and stay current on the company’s lifts and ramps’ product features and functionality via in-field presentations using a specially equipped vehicle for hands-on training. The lifts and ramps van allows product application specialists in attendance to properly demonstrate a product’s offerings and installation process, further aiding in the educational needs and service capabilities of providers.
