Infinity Rehab, a therapy and rehab services company, is now partnering with and providing therapy services for Able Care Connect Home Health, located in Minneapolis.
Able Care Connect Home Health provides both skilled nursing and private duty services to seniors in their homes throughout the Twin Cities area.
With the addition of this new contract, the company expands its existing services in the state of Minnesota with this therapy team in the Twin Cities area.
