Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals LLC announces plans to build its fifth physical rehabilitation hospital. The, $23 million, 40,000-square-foot facility will be built in Keller, Tex, just north of Fort Worth.

When completed, the hospital will include 36 private patient bedrooms and bathrooms designed like a luxury hotel. It will also include inpatient and outpatient gyms, an outdoor mobility courtyard for therapeutic use, aqua therapy, a fully furnished training apartment with kitchen and bathroom, several family gathering areas, an open dining hall and patio, in-house dialysis and an in-house pharmacy.

The hospital will serve patients recovering from injuries and illness or living with disabilities and chronic medical conditions. Customized rehabilitation services are tailored to the individual needs of patients recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation and orthopedic injury, according to a media release from Everest Rehabilitation.

“We are extremely excited to be a part of the Keller, N Ft Worth, N. Richland Hills, Trophy Club, Southlake, Saginaw and Roanoke communities. We have been looking for a site to build one of our rehabilitation hospitals in this fast-growing community for two years. We could not be happier with our centrally located, physician /patient friendly location in Keller, TX,” says Jay Quintana, CEO of Dallas-based Everest Rehabilitation Hospitals, in the release.
