Dralla Foundation, a charitable arm of Allard USA, welcomes Erin Hayes to its Review Board as Interim Review Board Member.

Erin has more than 13 years of fundraising experience in both non-profit and for-profit organizations. Her past experience includes working for the Muscular Dystrophy Association, where she led year-round fundraising campaigns and volunteered at their annual patient summer camp.

She currently works with Signet Jewelers, where she focuses on organizing and leading community engagement events for nearly 3,000 employees within their corporate offices in Akron, Ohio, and Dallas. The focus of these events is on underserved women and children in the communities where Signet employees live and work.

Erin resides in Ohio with her husband and two boys, who spend their time enjoying baseball and football.

As part of the Review Board, Erin will work with the other members to determine distribution of funds for this year’s Dralla Foundation grantees. Together, they will review and discuss their evaluations of this year’s applications in order to conclude where Dralla Foundation can make the most meaningful impact.

Dralla Foundation accepted grant applications for this past grant cycle from December 2018 to February 1, 2019. The awards will be announced in May.

Dralla Foundation was founded by Peter Allard, President of Allard USA, manufacturer of a range of orthopedic devices designed to improve physical function and enhance the quality of life for individuals with physical challenges. The testimonials of the wearers of these devices inspired Peter to give back to individuals with mobility issues. Dralla Foundation awards grants each year to select non profits that are aligned with their mission.
