Atlanta-based Jackson Healthcare, a provider of healthcare staffing, search, and technology services across the United States, has acquired Avant Healthcare Professionals of Orlando, Florida.
Avant specializes in making long-term matches between qualified international clinical professionals and client healthcare facilities in the United States.
With more than 650 employees in 38 states, it has placed more than 1,800 international nurses, physical therapists, and occupational therapists throughout the US.
In addition, notes a media release from Jackson Healthcare, Avant is one of the top 50 fastest-growing woman-led companies in the US and has been listed in the Inc. 5000 multiple times.
Jackson Healthcare is the third-largest US healthcare staffing firm by revenue and is Atlanta’s 17th largest private company, per the release.
