Evidence in Motion (EIM) announces its partnership with Active Life & Sports. According to a news release issued by EIM, as part of the collaboration, Active Life & Sports, a Maryland-based provider of rehabilitation services, will become a Program Partner with EIM for its two clinic locations in Maryland.
Active Life & Sports is a physical therapist-owned practice managed by Michael Wah, PT, OCS, and Joseph Palmer, DPT, OMT, CSCS, which has been committed to helping patients and serving the community for more than 10 years. The release notes that organization will serve as a training location for EIM’s clinical residencies, fellowship, and traditional continuing education curriculum. The partnership, the release says, will also allow Active Life & Sports Physical Therapy Inc to expand its internal clinical education and research activities. Several of the offerings included in the Residency and Fellowship curricula will also be made available to other Active Life & Sports staff in an effort to optimize lifelong learning and quality improvement initiatives for many of their professional personnel.
EIM, an education and consultation company headquartered in Louisville, Ky, aims to elevate the physical therapy profession and the role of physical therapists in healthcare delivery.
