Jobs and recruiting site Glassdoor has released its annual report, the 50 Best Jobs in America for 2019. Occupational therapist is listed as the No 4 top job.
The listings are based on each job’s overall Glassdoor Job Score. The Glassdoor Job Score is determined by weighing three key factors equally: earning potential based on median annual base salary, job satisfaction rating, and number of job openings.
According to the Glassdoor data, occupational therapist has a job score of 4.6 and a job satisfaction rating of 4.0. There are 17,701 job openings in the field, and the median base salary offered is $74,000.
Physical therapist ranks as No 37 on the list.
