The Hivamat 200 Evident, new from Chattanooga, Tenn-based Richmar, is designed to deliver modality-assisted manual therapy via a process that helps the body heal itself.
Via the Hivamat, an electrostatic field generates oscillations deep within the connective tissues that help the lymphatic system dissolve and displace waste, open the pathways, and relax the surrounding tissue. The result is more relaxed muscles, increased mobility, and pain relief, according to the company.
Two versions are available: a clinical model with a user interface and integrated trolley, and a portable model for mobile or home use.
“Hivamat is a welcome addition to Richmar’s rich portfolio of products for the therapist or trainer. This unique therapy complements manual therapy techniques and is a great adjunct to traditional modalities that treat pain and swelling,” says Chad Morgan, president of Richmar, in a media release.
