Casa Colina Centers for Rehabilitation has scheduled a second seminar, What Is Fibromyalgia and How Do I Live With It?, June 26, 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. The seminar will be free and is open to the community.
 
Dr. Thang Le, board certified physician specializing in rheumatology, and Dianne Whiting, MA, PT and Manager of Casa Colina’s Fibromyalgia Program, will discuss the latest research, effective medical management, appropriate exercise, and dealing with pain associated with the disease. Emotional issues of people living with Fibromyalgia will also be explored.
 
Casa Colina has an established and comprehensive Fibromyalgia Management Program and Fibromyalgia Support Group it has developed over a number of years.
 
The event will be in Casa Colina’s Tamkin Education Center, Building 1D, located on the Casa Colina campus at 255 East Bonita Avenue (at Garey) in Pomona, Calif. Seating is limited. Reserve space by calling 909/596-7733, ext. 2275.
