In recognition of the month of March as Multiple Sclerosis (MS) Awareness Month, the Cherry Hill, NJ-based Multiple Sclerosis Association of America (MSAA) reports that it will spotlight several programs designed to expand knowledge, understanding and support of individuals who are affected by MS.

According to a recent MSAA press release these programs will include taking charge of MS with the MSAA mobile phone application “My MS Manager”, navigating MS treatments with MSAA’s S.E.A.R.C.H program, and MSSA educational events. Individuals can also participate in MS Awareness Month by viewing one of MSAA’s educational videos or webinars in the MSi Video Library, and volunteering for MSAA’s summer event, the “Swim for MS Pool Party.” Potential volunteers can select a date to host a pool party and raise awareness of MS from Memorial Weekend through Labor Day. Volunteers can register at [email protected].

The MSAA is a national, nonprofit organization dedicated to enriching the quality of life for individuals affected by MS. For more information, visit www.msassociation.org
