The Integrated JAY J3 Back option is intended to provide the J3’s positioning capabilities, thicker foam construction, and integrated upholstery designed to function with the 3.7 Power Recline and power shear reduction. Sunrise Medical adds that the Redesigned Electronics Enclosure Shell is 3 inches narrower in depth to allow for compatibility with accessories.
The QM-7 series can also achieve seat heights as low as 16 inches. A new 12-inch seat elevator aims to assist users in reaching tall shelves and cabinets without assistance or home modifications. Sunrise Medical notes that the power centermount legrest has been redesigned, allowing it to sit flush with the seat to support independent transfers. Its single/dual footplate functions as a single footplate or as two separate footplates with independence angle adjustability.
Additional series enhancements include a black tire option, eight new shroud colors, new Whitmyer headrest options, new cantilever reclining armrests, and low profile, height-adjustable push handles.
