New to the Quickie line of wheelchairs from Sunrise Medical, Fresno, Calif, are QX and QXi manual folding wheelchairs.
The Quickie QX (HCPCS Code K0004) is vertically adjustable, and the Quickie QXi (HCPCS Code K0005) is both vertically and horizontally adjustable.
Both models feature a lightweight aluminum frame and a three-arm cross brace that sits inside the frame.
Custom configurations are available, with options including armrests, wheels, tires, casters, swing-in/swing-out hangers with footrest adjustment and release levers, and a 28-color palette.
