Missoula, Mont-based Aqua Creek Products offers users a new and improved ADA-compliant portable pool lift that is counter-weighted using a sand ballast. According to the company, the Patriot’s sand can be sourced locally to eliminate freight costs. The product’s new AT design is intended to provide a more compact lift and also offers additional set-back range.
The lift has a 450-pound weight lifting capacity, for most pool configurations for water drafts up to 6 feet deep, an adjustable lap belt, and adjustable, removable footrests. When deployed and ready for use, the product offers users a specially designed seat to allow for eased lateral transfers from most wheelchairs. The Patriot also features dual flip-up arm rests, submergible, push-button remote control, and rechargeable battery with wall mount charger.
