RespectAbility, a nonprofit organization that aims to fight stigmas and advance opportunities for people with disabilities, reminds young leaders that the deadline to apply for its Summer 2017 National Leadership Program Fellowship is April 17.

During the Summer 2017 Fellowship, which takes place June 5 through August 11, participants have the opportunity to work in the following fields: Public Policy/Employment, Communications/Diversity in Film & Television, Program Development/Fundraising, and Faith Inclusion.

College or graduate students, or people transitioning into the workforce for the first time or back into the workforce after a break—with or without disabilities—are encouraged to apply.

Both paid and unpaid opportunities are available. Unpaid fellows receive a monthly transportation stipend, and lunch is provided for all fellows.
