WB Development Partners and New Era Companies recently purchased land to build Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield The three-story structure will feature 40 private rooms and two therapy gyms with state-of-the-art technologies.

Nobis Rehabilitation Partners will manage the facility. A team of physicians and therapists will customize each patient’s intensive rehab program with an interdisciplinary rehab team approach during their inpatient stay, according to a media release.

“Our team looks forward to the construction progress on this inpatient rehab hospital and bringing additional healthcare services to the Milwaukee/Greenfield community. The Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield’s projected opening is in the Fall of 2021.

“The hospital team will bring approximately 120 career opportunities to the area to provide care for patients who previously had to travel away from the Greenfield area for this type of rehabilitation service.”

Milwaukee Rehabilitation Hospital at Greenfield is one of many inpatient rehabilitation hospitals that WB Development Partners, New Era Companies, and Nobis Rehabilitation Partners has in development to serve patient rehabilitation needs across the country, per the release.
