Net Health announces its selection by Patterson Medical to provide a replacement solution for clients migrating from the PTOS EMR and practice management system, which is being sunset in 2017.

The replacement solution selected by Patterson Medical is ReDoc powered by xfit, offered by Net Health.

“We have been honored to serve our rehab therapy software customers for more than 20 years. In order to provide them continued support through a necessary transition, we entered into an exclusive agreement with Net Health, to help clients seamlessly migrate to ReDoc and minimize any impact on their businesses,” explains Patterson Medical’s VP Global Marketing Mike Gravel, in a media release from Net Health.

Net Health CEO Anthony Sanzo adds that the company understands the potential upheaval that changing documentation or practice management software could bring to a private physical therapy practice.

However, he says, “The ReDoc migration program we designed with Patterson simplifies the whole conversion process and significantly reduces the expense associated with moving to a new software system.”

The exclusive partnership between Patterson Medical and Net Health means that PTOS clients will be fully guided and supported in their transition to ReDoc.

“We worked closely with Patterson Medical to understand the nuances of their PTOS product and recognize how that translates to ReDoc,” Sanzo explains in the release. “We developed a PTOS-specific implementation method, conversion processes, and training to ensure a smooth, efficient transition. Most importantly, this partnership means that the PTOS team is fully supporting their clients’ data migration process to ReDoc.”
