PreparedHealth announces its partnership with Homewatch CareGivers and enTouch—a digital network that helps streamline care for patients from hospital to home.
Home care provider Homewatch CareGivers provides services via more than 190 locations in seven countries and 33 states. The enTouch partnership will provide greater visibility into patient care in the home for their partners, including hospitals, skilled nursing, and home health, according to a media release from PreparedHealth.
“With more emphasis placed on home care by Medicare, we’re excited to provide innovative tools that can enhance patient care and allow us to build stronger relationships with our partners across the care continuum,” says Julie R. Smith, president and CEO, Homewatch CareGivers LLC, in the release.
Via enTouch, everyone involved in a patient’s post-acute care stays connected in real time, receiving HIPAA-compliant and sometimes life-saving care updates and automated alerts for intervention and to help ensure that the patient’s in-home care will be a success.
