The US Department of Veterans Affairs offers tools for caregivers to remind them to also take care of themselves while providing care for others.

The Post Month Self-Care Reflection Worksheet is a way for caregivers to take note of all the progress they have made in taking care of themselves in the past month, including all the new activities they engaged in and their impact on their stress and wellness levels.

In addition, the worksheet encourages caregivers to set new goals for pursuing activities and interests in the future.

The Worksheet also includes the Dimension of Wellness Stress Relief Activities List, a list of self-care ideas for caregivers that can be a resource to encourage continuing health and wellness.
