Driver Rehabilitation Center of Excellence (DRCE), a veteran-owned company that aims to help veterans and others with disabilities drive adapted vehicles, is celebrating its grand opening on Friday, November 18, from 9:30 to 10:30 am.

The grand opening event, which will take place at the company’s Chantilly (Fairfax County), Virginia, headquarters, will feature keynote speaker John Harvey Jr, Secretary of Veterans and Defense Affairs, Commonwealth of Virginia; Antonio Doss, director, Washington Metropolitan Area District Office, US Small Business Administration in attendance; awards presentations; and demonstrations of adapted vehicles and diagnostic test equipment.

DRCE was founded by Marine veteran Josh Himan, who was wounded in Afghanistan, and retired Army major Tammy Phipps, an occupational therapist and certified driving rehabilitation specialist.
