Help Fund a Wheelchair for Children in Need

Many children around the world with mobility issues often experience missed school and preventable medical complications because they do not have a proper wheelchair. Participant Assistive Products is meeting this need by developing an affordable, high-quality children’s wheelchair. Here’s how you can help bring this project to fruition by investing in the company.
The wheelchair prototype is named Product1.

“This product is sorely needed and the founders are people that I know; Dave Calver, the clinical officer, has been a guest in my home,” says occupational therapist Tamara Kittelson-Aldred, MS, OTR/L, ATP/SMS.

“We plan to use this wheelchair in our Eleanore’s Project/Yancana Huasy collaboration in Peru, but they need a final push for funding to go into production,” she adds.
