Enhancing the Care Delivery Experience
NHS’s affiliated skilled nursing and rehabilitative facilities, referred to as “Communities,” are transitioning to MatrixCare’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. This move aims to promote greater collaboration, integration, and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the care delivery experience for all stakeholders.
The decision to adopt this collaboration reportedly follows tangible improvements observed in Community operations through the utilization of MatrixCare’s advanced clinical and compliance tools.
“MatrixCare’s cutting-edge technology, backed by an exceptional customer support system, revolutionizes operational efficiency for our affiliated facilities’ staff,” says Cody Long, of NHS. “We’re thrilled about the transformative stability MatrixCare’s solutions offer, empowering our affiliated facilities’ employees to deliver unparalleled care.”
Smooth Software Transitions
MatrixCare, a wholly owned subsidiary of ResMed, offers specialized expertise in change management to ensure smooth and effective software transitions for senior living and long-term care communities (SLTC) amidst the ongoing industry-wide software transition trend.
“Providers of long-term care were greatly impacted due to the recent transition of electronic medical record (EMR) providers, forcing operators to evaluate new technologies in the industry,” says Bharat Monteiro, general manager of facilities at MatrixCare. “The suite of holistic solutions at MatrixCare, including a purpose-built EMR, a fully integrated dietary and nutrition solution, best-in-class enterprise financial solutions, and AI-powered safety solutions are all designed to help communities deliver the best care possible for their residents.”
