NHS’s affiliated skilled nursing and rehabilitative facilities, referred to as “Communities,” are transitioning to MatrixCare’s Electronic Health Record (EHR) solution. This move aims to promote greater collaboration, integration, and efficiency, ultimately enhancing the care delivery experience for all stakeholders. 

The decision to adopt this collaboration reportedly follows tangible improvements observed in Community operations through the utilization of MatrixCare’s advanced clinical and compliance tools.
