WebMD reports that many arthritis sufferers are looking into alternative therapies to find relief from the pain, stiffness, stress, anxiety, and depression that accompany the disease. The Arthritis Foundation reports that two-thirds of those suffering from the disease have tried alternative therapies.
The article mentions the merits of exercise such a biking, swimming, water aerobics, yoga, acupuncture, and use of supplements, among other things.
